Creating an Investment Strategy Hub for ICG

Project Overview
ICG needed a gated digital hub to deliver curated, exclusive investor content, insights, and strategy information. The hub would act as both a premium knowledge center and a gateway to more complex, data-heavy resources.

The challenge was designing an experience that could handle large volumes of intricate content while remaining intuitive and easy to navigate. Investors needed quick access to critical information, clear pathways to detailed reports, and an interface that felt professional, polished, and trustworthy.

How this site was going to be displayed, how a user would log in, navigate, and search this info, and how a user would interact with large amounts of data and filtering was something that had to be completely thought through.

To tackle the complexities of the content, we used an OOUX strategy to start parsing out the different types of content and data we would need to organize throughout the site.

This helped define:
• Homepage structure
• Strategy and insights pages
• Filtering and search patterns•
User flows for gated content
Wireframes and Prototyping
Using the information architecture we defined, we developed high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for the ICG hub.

Key areas included:
• Fund Search / “Funds I’m Following” Table: Designed a sortable, filterable table to allow investors to quickly scan and track funds. The layout ensures clarity of key data points while maintaining consistency with the ICG brand.
• Featured / Related Strategies Carousel: Highlighting key strategies in a compact, scannable card format to encourage users to browse and compare related strategies.
• Designed a flexible grid layout for news and updates with clear hierarchy for visual and textual content.
